Chaski strives to be accessible to all patrons of the arts. The following is a list of services we provide to patrons who would like accessible accommodations. For us to serve you best, please contact us at least two weeks in advance of the event to request these services.

Seating Accommodations
Chaski is committed to assisting you in selecting the seating that best meets your individual needs. Accessible seating is also available for patrons with low vision or who are hard of hearing. As there are a limited number of available seats, waiting until the day of the performance does not guarantee that an accessible seat will be available.

Assistive Listening Devices
Assistive listening devices (ALDs) amplify and clarify sound by cutting down or eliminating ambient noise. ALDs are available free of charge if reserved at least two weeks prior to the event. They can be picked up prior to show time by simply leaving a driver’s license or other form of identification showing your name. We encourage early arrival when you are planning to use an assistive listening device so there is enough time to pick up and adjust, if necessary, the device.

Sign Language Interpreters
Sign language interpreted performances are available by request. Requests for an interpreter must be made at least three weeks prior to the event and are subject to the availability of an interpreter and provided at the discretion of the management. Chaski will attempt to provide both American Sign Language and Mexican Sign Language interpreters for bilingual performances.

Captioning
Chaski is currently unable to provide captioned performances.

Audio Description
Audio description is a concise narration of the key visual elements of a theatrical performance, woven in between dialogue that enables people who are blind or have low vision to follow the action. Please contact Chaski at least two weeks prior to an event for audio description service.

Parking
Chaski strives to perform only in venues with accessible parking.

Material in Alternate Formats
Program materials in large print, Braille, on computer disk or via email are available by request. Please make your request at least three weeks in advance.
